Workshop I: Naomha OM Healing Group
“Four Elements Healing Group”
Friday 12th August 2022, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
We will embark on a journey of healing with a guided meditation, a wonderful time of relaxation, sharing, learning, growing and LOVE! An inner transformation, consciousness awakening and deep healing with meditations, breathing and relaxation techniques, mantras, rituals.

Come for a magical experience for your Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit!
If you are interested in well-being, spiritual healing, holistic therapies, natural healing and spiritual awakening, you’ve come to the right place. The Divine Self is always trying to reach us, to send the higher power, love illumination and wisdom through our thoughts, feelings, and situations into our everyday life. Are we open to all the gifts of consciousness?
You are welcome to a one-hour session to explore your Life Purpose and Soul Mission through various exercises. We’ll connect to your Divine Self and find the answers you are seeking.
In this workshop, you will define Your Life Purpose and Soul Mission, Learn how to listen to your inner voice, and intuitions, Integrate your new awareness into your daily life, and have fun with yourself and other participants.
Human consciousness is growing, and more and more people now understand that human beings are more than just physical bodies. We are divine spirits living an experience in a physical body; creative beings through whom the soul radiates divine light.
Find harmony, peace, joy and love is not only a matter of caring for the body but an awareness of the whole being: The Body, The Soul, The Spirit and, I would say, also the Mind, allowing us to follow the call of the Divine Spirit we are.
Self-awareness rather than self-illusion is the start of a spiritual healing journey. It’s a path of transformation, a journey that connects body, soul and mind and gives our Divine Spirit the guidance to allow our life to be fully aligned with our life purpose.
Everything in the universe is vibration, our thoughts are vibrations. We have the power to keep our thoughts on a positive level to raise our vibrations and reach higher dimensions of consciousness and be closer to the Divine Source. Emotions such as fear, and grievance vibrate at a very low frequency, while love, joy, and gratitude vibrate at a much higher level. In Naomha OM Circles we work on keeping our positive vibrations by meditating, creating, singing, dancing, sharing, healing, expressing unconditional love, and sending gratitude to the universe…
We also send love to our planet to help raise vibrations and heal. We are one with earth. When we heal ourselves, we heal our environment. New people are welcome.

“Sound Healing Bath”

Beautiful sacred space for an inner journey to deeply relax your mind, body, and spirit as waves of instruments and voice sound frequencies cleanse, clear and harmonise your being, bringing peace and alignment with your Soul. The sound carries out a subtle work of healing and transformation.
Relax to the beautiful sacred sounds of shamanic drum, Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, Kalimba Thumb Piano, voice channelling and many other instruments…
Travel with the sounds of sacred songs, ancestors’ songs. As you sink deeper into stillness, answers and inspiration from your Higher Self and the Universe naturally come to you more easily, offering you a new perspective on all that is possible for you to be.
Each sound bath is a different journey as we create it in the present moment. It is a moment of magic out of time just for you…

Bio
Maimouna is a Healer from generations of healers in her family, a Shaman and a Holistic Therapist as well as being a Reiki Master/Teacher. She is also an Artist and a Writer, a woman committed to love, life, and the natural world, the same world we will leave to our descendants. She thrives on writing, singing, dancing, listening to music, and restoring her energy balance in Nature in quiet and peaceful environments.
During therapies sessions, workshops and retreats she offers, she listens to you with all her love, heart, and integrity to help you reach where you need to be. Heavenly spirits, guides of light, and spirits of Nature might join the session, especially those of the totem animals that accompany her daily. They always manifest themselves with the greatest love, and they are always a gift to the receiver and her. She can use crystals, healing musical instruments and channelled songs to accompany her work.
She will act as a channel during sessions to allow you to set out the self-healing process within yourself and give you energies and wisdom messages to help you on this dimension of life.
Maimouna teaches workshops on spiritual awareness and art&well-being, in person and via zoom.
